It was Steve's birthday this weekend and we planned to spend the evening at dinner with friends. "What had happened was" we were at one of the local Mexican joints a few weeks prior and Steve saw this amazing beer tower thing. Maybe it's in all the cool bars now and we just don't know it cuz we don't get out a lot anymore. Anyway- Steve saw that and we decided we had to get ourselves one of those!(see it in the background?)
So it was us and 9 friends (10 if you count the beer tower of Dos Equis) for dinner and drinks. Of course we had to tell them it was Steve's b-day so they could come out and sing. We just didn't know it included a sombrero! 
Afterwards we went to another bar for drinks, "karyoke dance party with DJ Tony" and a cougar. If you didn't see her face, you'd probably think this chick was about 26. Add the face, at least 46. I'm telling you girls- if you go to the tanning bed- stop now while you still can!!So it was a good weekend and then there was Monday morning! No biggie- just would have rather been in bed getting a few extra zzzzs. You too, huh?
